"The staff was very friendly. Cedar Bluff is a nice area with restaurants and shopping and the hotel was only 15 minutes from downtown and Neyland Stadium. The full kitchen is a nice extra and the room is spacious. It is decorated nicely and very clean. I'll definitely go back. "

"Clean and friendly staff. Nice updated look considering the area I stayed at. The only thing I could suggest is that it would be nice to have an outdoor lounge area other than benches . The breakfast area was nice also.. I enjoyed the variety they had for breakfast…The hallway on the second floor could be cooler also. Great stay "
