"Everyone was really lovely, the location was perfect; it was close to the train station and close to Piccadilly Gardens. Really kind and lovely receptionists . Nothing to say there and The property itself is quite trendy and there's renovations going on, which wasn't too disruptive. Unfortunately, the amount of bathrooms in the the property are inadequate as there were only 2 available, one of the bathrooms had a detached toilet. The cleanliness of these bathrooms was lacking or simply too many...

"A cracking hotel with lovely rooms, really comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast (which is delivered to your room) was fabulous. Absolutely loved it, and will definitely be back. The only slight niggle was it is fairly noisy (very drunk loud neighbors) but there are earplugs supplied, in the room. "

"Really lovely stay, staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Room was ideal and comfy and clean had everything we needed. We ate and drank in the pub, reasonably priced and very good. There was a live singer the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was lovely too. Id definately recommend and would stay again."
