"Staff was very helpful"

"There was a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom the first night we arrived. Following night, a group of young hockey players were playing hockey right outside our room in the hallway. They were there the whole weekend. "

"I will 100% stay here again when I am in the area. Service was great, room was clean and comfortable. If I have one complaint, it's that the shower looked like it could use a refresh....still fine though. Breakfast was included, and was great for what I paid. They have TWO waffle stations and the expected sausage, pre-made omelets and some potatoes. Cereal, bagels, etc. were also available. I feel like I got good value for money staying here."

"We really liked our room and the hotel. The major issue is the hotel is under construction and I was not aware of the work being done when I booked the reservation. Saturday morning we were disturbed at 7:30 by a lot of construction noise from the third floor (we were on the second floor). Staff was wonderful checking in as well as the staff at breakfast. Once construction is gone, access into the hotel should be easier as well as no noise."

"One of the cleanest hotels that I’ve stayed at. Very convenient and easy to get to highway. Hot water in bathroom essentially didn’t work. Everything else was great. Mattress was just okay. Not horrible though. Staff was great. Absolutely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"The location for someone needing to get around Northampton. It's proximity to I-91, without backing up to it, is good. The people are friendly, staff and hotel occupants. TV receptions for the channels I wanted, especially for PBS, was not great."
