"Our stay was a comfortable one! Thanks to the front desk agent, I was able to get a room upgrade because the original room didn’t have a refrigerator for my insulin. Even though the weather was cold, snowy and icy, the room was comfortable. The parking lot was icy and needed salt. Overall, I’ll give this place a try during the spring/summer! "

"This hotel was a great place to stay. Room was good size, great bed, very clean bathroom and shower.Front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Parking in the hotel,garage was $42/day, but street parking was plentiful at $12 per day and free on the weekends. Breakfast bar was also very good."

"Booking receptionist at the front desk to checkin and out, was extremely lrude and impatient and unaware of speaking to him over the phone before for early check-in!! Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! Spike talking to me over the phone twice before arrival he still made me wait two and a half hours to check in early and also overcharged me for early check-in and security deposit or roughly giving me a room that did...
