"The room was of a decent size. Wifi-5 GBP charge, cash only, acceptable for the price, but would have been nice to know needed cash beforehand. Also, had to ask for another towel, when the room was booked for 2 people. Corridors with rubbish, bed linen. Not the best maintained property, but you get what you pay for."

"Our room was freshly painted and bathroom very tight, but not bad for a quick overnight stay! The manager/owner of the property did us the big favor of holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The area is great! Lots of great and cozy restaurants and bars, including a small but cool shopping area near by. Lastly, my wife left her Apple watch in the room and great to know it was kept safe with manager/owner. We appreciate the excellent customer service! "

"We booked last minute due to having to cancel our trip into France because they closed the station due to finding an unexploded bomb from WWII. With that being said it was our first time staying in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are small of course if you are traveling with lots of luggage which we were. But for just 1 night it was perfect for us. The atmosphere was great and there were plenty to do. The drinks and food were amazing. My son said their fish...

"Great for those needing somewhere to rest your head, room was clean and felt modern. My only downside was the pillows were very thin and not most comfortable. the AC/Heating made a noise whilst on so had to turn off Overall would stay here again"

"Overnight stay before leaving from Stanstead airport. A little tatty but served its purpose well. Located in the motorway service station so busy but easy access. Would use them again. "
