The building is key lock access with snack style breakfast waiting, so you will be disappointed if you are after a catered breakfast, but there are loads of cafes and restaurants close by. Very convenient location for Mumbles"

The entrance & stairs looked rundown, which was the opposite of the room. Really good value & free overnight street parking round the corner. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
