"When we checked in, staff forgot to tell us that as a member, breakfast would be discounted from 17.00 to 11.00 with a coupon but we were not told and didn't know to ask. The waiter was very kind and apologetic and applied the discount for us. The fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal were wonderful! Unfortunately eggs and sausage Luke warm at best. Bedding was super comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet! Will definetly stay again! "

"The room was ok. The hotel was under renovation during my stay adding additional noise and hallway traffic. Keycard failed twice during my stay, and was fixed both times by staff who told me to just try to keep my phone away from the keycard, but still annoying when you’re on the 3rd floor and have to walk up and down the stairs repeatedly. "I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful.
