Tiny Cabin on the outskirts of Mohican State Park

Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

Wonderful relaxing weekend, close to the park, trails, etc. Cabin was very clean and the outdoor space well maintained. Our favorite area was the porch swing. Would recommend to other travelers.

This was an amazing small cozy cabin all of the amenities were perfect Kevin thought of everything. I give him a 10 star review my car battery died and he drove 1 hr here bring cabels and give me a jump. Great little hideaway
Tidy little cabin, cozy perfect for a weekend away from everything. Quiet and secluded spot let us totally disconnect from the hustle, and so close to the park for hiking. Grill was great to cook on. The outdoor space was a major plus, campfire, nice benches, and a porch swing made it tough to leave!

Couple Getaway
With this being our second stay we were just as impressed and more so with everything ! Between the comfort of being next to a fire place with the record playing , being with a loved one and making memories . We could not have asked for a better stay . What an amazing stay!! We enjoyed “The Tiny Cabin” with its big personality! It had all the amenities and comforts of our home away from home! Kevin (the host) was easy to work with and has thought of everything to make your stay truly memorable! It’s location is tucked away just far enough from town, yet, close enough to enjoy all that Mohican and Loudonville has to offer! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Cozy Cabin
We had a relaxing get-a-way weekend in the cozy cabin! The cabin is located about 8 min. from downtown Loudonville. We were delighted to find so many unique shops and welcoming salespeople. We also did some hiking on the trails in Mohican. The cabin was the perfect retreat for relaxing and enjoying nature after our excursions!
