"The Star is a little funky. It's fun and retro. It is a real old time motel. As long as that is what you are expecting it is a great place to stay. Lots to do and places to eat that are easily walkable. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I wish it had been warmer(no fault of the Star) I would have loved to sit out in the chairs outside our room and enjoy the scenery."

"We arrived at 12am and the front desk lady was very generous in checking us in. The room was very clean and extremely cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Being that the motel is on the side of the highway, I thought I’d hear highway noice, I heard ZERO noice and slept all night. "

You can use the pickleball courts and mini golf if you get tired of hiking. We were also right in the middle of all the best trails so we got in a ton of hiking. "The worst part about this home was we were only there for 3 nights! Disclaimer: I don't personally know the property owners or managers, and I rarely offer feedback. But this home and our stay in Sedona was special and I wanted other people to experience this house. The view is incredible especially from the hot tub. it was cold when we were there but the hot tub was at a perfect 103 degrees the entire stay. "Overall this is an amazing place to stay! It is in a great location just a bit out of the busy Sedona area. The views from the upper level and deck are out of this world. The check in and check out process was easy and smooth. We had a couple of issues that we communicated to the property managers and although they were unable to resolve them they did try.
