Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Element Hotel during our family trip over MLK weekend. The room was spacious, the breakfast options were good, and the staff were friendly—though not all. When I asked for my receipt during checkout, one staff member refused to print it. I had booked and paid in full through Expedia.com, and I was aware of the $40.00 additional parking charge ($20.00 per night) directly by the hotel. I requested the receipt in case there was a duplicate charge. However, the staff member was rude and insisted on showing me on her screen that the payment for my stay from 01/18/2025 to 01/20/2025 had already been made and that the only additional charge would be for parking, so I had to leave the hotel without a receipt. A week later, I noticed an additional charge of $331.99 (instead of the expected $40.00) from Element Hotel, with no prior email or notification. I plan to dispute this charge through my credit card company, which will be a waste of my time and effort. I recommend that other customers to make sure to request a receipt when checking out to avoid duplicate charge and to have proof of overcharge if disputing any fees.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the hotel is very clean and cozy. Only issues we had were with room service. When the serviced our room they didn’t give us any new towels or toilet paper which was practically empty. Regardless of this I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The pool and fire pit are a nice touch and the breakfast is more than adequate.

We loved the property very much, very modern and clean, great room. Great amenities, great breakfast. There were 2 smallish things we did not like - there was used soap next to the bathroom sink. And the water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low.
