"It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency. "

"We enjoyed our stay for the most. The room was nice & clean. However the bath tub stopper did not work. Breakfast was nice. Price of room was perfect for overnight stay for a woman conference. My biggest disappointment was the hotel was supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel. We ran across most guests smoking.That is why we will not stay there again. "

"The H/c room i reserved was not kept for me. Desk said Hotels.com only reserves room they do not forward specific rooms that were requested to the hotel. Could not shower the 3 nights i was there. "

"The stay was great. The only thing I would suggest is when mopping the tile floors, add less product into the water. My feet would stick to the floor and squeak and the scent of the product overwhelmed the hallways and room. Other than that, it was a great stay!"
