"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). "A great room, lots of space, clean and high standards. Excellent for traveling with skis and for drying clothes after a long day in the mountains. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Also great food in the restaurant. A varied menu, high quality and good value on the daily menu. "

"The room was next to a busy road, but I was able to sleep well because of tiredness. Anyone walking the Via Francigena should be tired enough to sleep through an explosion. 😇 It’s only 9 mins walk from the train station (bus-substitute trains run often.)
