"Outstanding hotel and excellent service!"

"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). Pump hand soap was available but if you want bath gel, shampoo, etc, you should bring...

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Nice small flat in the mountain village of Antagnod, Ayas valley, with basic kitchen and very good bathroom. The flat is excellent for short stay; since it is a bit small, it may not be suitable for longer stay."

"The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination. This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule. Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- EXPEDIA to note please"

"A great room, lots of space, clean and high standards. Excellent for traveling with skis and for drying clothes after a long day in the mountains. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Also great food in the restaurant. A varied menu, high quality and good value on the daily menu. "

"The host went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure we enjoyed and made the most of our stay. The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. This pass allowed us to enjoy all the Mountain View’s the Saas Valley has to offer. The breakfast selections were abundant, generous, and tasty…including homemade jams, yogurts and selections of cheeses,...

"Una notte ed una risveglio meravigliosi!! Uno chalet magico, curato nei dettagli, romantico e accogliente, con una colazione ricca allestita direttamente in stanza, in vero stile montano. La bellezzo di risvegliarsi in un baita in miniatura, un terrazzino soleggiato dove rilassarsi. Meraviglia!!! Abbiamo preso la stanza 6, consigliatissima! La titolare poi è super gentile e disponibile, ci ho lasciato il cuore! La cena in hotel ottima e davvero di qualita! "
