"The hotel itself was fine. Nothing special but clean and well maintained. The parking was $50 for valet parking with no self parking option. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy. "

"Check in was smooth and quick, the front desk reps were friendly. My family loves the breakfast included. The waffles are always a hit with my kids. The breakfast staff is on it, sticking up fresh and new food to keep up with the traffic of people coming through. Even the housekeeping crew is friendly, smiles & greets you. Pleasant stay, we keep coming back here. "

"The staff at the hotel were so nice and so helpful! They did all that we asked. The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The front desk did a great job getting us stuff we needed and helped us feel very safe and cared about. "

"I thought we had booked the kind of king room that had a view of the pool. We did not have a view of the Pool. We had a view of the next property. But it was quiet enough. The bed wasn’t great as it had a very squeaky plastic mattress liner on it. "

"This place is great for what it is, an average hotel at a good rate in a convenient distance from everything else that matters in LA. We did nothing in the neighborhood. They oversold parking, but had an attendant. Worst part was, while breakfast was "fine" and the staff for breakfast was outstanding, the eggs, meats and potatoes were all made in the microwave!!! "

"Stayed one night in a king bed. Hotel was super clean. Staff was amzing at greeting us, and helpful when we needed it. Parking is free. Limited parking, so will have to park on side if it is full. Water in shower worked well too, it turned warm pretty fast. Overall the best experience. We would stay here again!"

"Behind a bland exterior this hotel has very special rooms. Loved my loft with two story windows, comfy llounge and separate bedroom. Friendly staff. Only issue is street noise--it's abusy road."
