"The hostel is a rare find if you want value for money in terms of accessibility and places to see. Seriously, it is right in the heart of LA. In 4 days, I traveled all the way to Pasadena, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and many more just because public transportation was accessible and I could always find a train back to this hostel. " day we arrived, with the hotel citing a ‘Force Majeure’ due to weather—even though there was no inclement weather. When we called to understand the situation, we were met with an unhelpful response. It took assistance from Hotels.com to secure a refund, as the hotel claimed they weren’t liable due to their ‘Force Majeure’ policy. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of transparency."
