"Possibly the smallest room Ive ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and in poor shape, stained lampshade on the tiny desk. Glass door to bathroom so all light flooded thru there. Curtains did not meet in the middle in the bedroom. Bathroom was designed as a wet room, no shower curtain, awkward tiny 1cm "step" between toilet and shower. Kept falling over it. Windows and glass shelf in bathroom were very dirty. Tiled floor in bathroom very slippery when wet no mat provided....

"The staff here are very helpful and kind. The property does not have a restaurant. The rooms smell of damp as do pillows and mattress. I asked for a blanket and got a bedsheet!! I had to ask for a mosquito net. Over priced for a tired hotel. Near the beach but no views only grotty tin roofs and a huge dirty wall of the hotel next door that blocks out any light. Internet is bad and they have power cuts all the time. Disappointing. "

"Lovely family run guest house - very clean & comfortable, close to the beach. Everything was perfect, well equipped room with kitchenette. AC was efficient, ceiling fan too, nice bathroom, small balcony. Freshly cooked breakfast which was lovely. Very helpful owners, they do laundry too"

"Here is only one positive thing about this hostel is rooftop restaurant and amazing guys and ladies who work there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO BOOK THIS HOSTEL. And you don’t have to be the hostel’s guest to be able to visit this cool rooftop. Everyone is welcome. I had a private room which was located on first (=ground floor). The day light didn’t come through that made my stay really depressive and dark all the time. Meanwhile, the dorms are on a second floor and even with the ocean view. A...

"Room was small and dark, described as a one bedroom but it was a studio. Common areas were nicely decorated. Restaurant was good and breakfast was included and had lots of options. Hotel did not advise they did not accept credit and then staff became annoyed when we took too long to find a bank machine. Probably better suited for single people and couples rather than families."

"We got the super deluxe room. It was the best spot. Room 10. Ground floor overlooking the ocean. But the AC didn't work so it was sticky and damp. We had difficulties checking in and out. They seemed to have no idea. The bar if it was open never had what you want. Like cold beer. Breakfast was included but really quite poor. Great location at the end of the beach. We had good food and cold beers at plenty of places up the beach. I think next door at Seabreeze Surf Hotel be a better place...

"Great hotel in Mirissa which was very close to the beach (you do have to walk there or take a <5 minute tuktuk ride). The pool was beautiful and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again!"

"Basic guesthouse right by the fort wall and close to everything in Galle fort. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. It could do with a lick of paint and refurbishment which were make it a much nicer place to stay."

"Vet inte riktigt hur jag ska placera det här hotellet. Det är nytt och fortfarande relativt fräscht. Det känns som ambitionen finns där för vad det är, men man når inte riktigt dit. Det känns som att det fattas något för att få en mer personlig touch och för att man ska trivas fullt ut. Frukostbuffén är okej, men inte mer än så. Gott om färsk frukt dock, vilket är en stor bonus. Har maj inte specifika frukostbehov, så hittar man förmodligen något som man vill äta. Det som hotellet vinner...

"Excellent location and beautiful pool, stayed in deluxe room and had no issues, wifi even worked in the room because we were so close to the pool. We were on half board so had are breakfasts and dinners there, buffet style nothing special just good food. The location can not be beat right on the beach in prime position "
