"Terrible, dirty, dark room, so bad had to check out early. mosquito net was dirty as well as the sheets. no hot water either. avoid at all costs!"

"Nice small hotel close to the beach, town and bars etc. Nice pool and bar area and food is good (we had to pay extra for breakfast). Ideal for a short break, the hotel arranged turtle swimming for us and can organise many other trips, also Spa on site. We had travelled from Tissa and first impressions here was that Marissa was very touristy and the route to the “secret beach” is a rubbish strewn dirt track, however once we settled in, we enjoyed the area."
