"Great stay for a night "

"Older lodge located about a mile from the train station. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The room was a good size but definitely outdated in furniture and decor. The communal sitting area was nice and offered hot water for tea. Dinner is served nightly for an additional cost but I did not partake. No shoes are worn inside the building. "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Our stay was reasonably comfortable, except for a few small factors: 1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. My request to the property is to create more non-smoking rooms to be available or completely eradicate smoking rooms, period! Because smokers...

"Amazing Ryokan held by a very nice couple. The kaiseki diner and breakfast were especially Amazing !! If you don’t mind using a public bathroom I totally recommend you this Ryokan 👍"

"Nice container hotel room with all you need. They give frozen meals to heat up with microwave in your room so you don’t have to go out for dinner. But there are good restaurants nearby as well."
