"部屋入りして直ぐに部屋が冷えていたので、エアコンをチェックし、暖房温度を少し上げました。所が30分程経過しても暖かい風が出てこない為、フロントへ伝えました。2〜3分後に確認者がドア口に来ましたが、その時にエアコン風口に手をかざすと、温風が出ていることが確認できました。えっ、何故でしょうか？温かい風が出ていることの確認は私、確認に来た方はドア口。一旦、それで大丈夫としましたが、その1〜3分後にエアコンフィルターを掃除して下さいと、リモコンに。エアコンの温調が、原因かどうかは分かりませんが、翌朝以降、今も鼻水が止まりましせん。折角のスキーが体調不良のまま・・・。初めての旅籠屋宿泊で、とても期待していたので、とても残念です。利用させて頂いた立場なのに、大変申し訳ないのですが、次回以降の利用は避けなければなりません。"

"Just a tip for those like us who are new to "no-receptionist check-in" stay-in/hotel/motel, make sure to check your email for the Room Number and Security Code. We got our "room information" via email, sent two days before the start of our stay. I highly suggest to arrive at location and check-in as early as allowed to give ample time to rectify any issues, and to pre-register/check-in. For example, in our case, we booked this December 2024 and it's snowing in Nikko, we arrived at our room...
