"Lovely hotel very clean and well maintained. Just stayed overnight for a night out in Leeds so didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but the room was lovely, clean and bed very comfy."

"The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient."

"Nice and clean. Sheets on bed spotless and crisp white. Basic room. Shower cubicle next to bed with sink next to it in the room. Separate toilet. No kettle or water to drink . Get what you pay for. "

"This hotel is ok for a stay of a few days stay. Entrance looks a bit dodgy but inside is quite ok. We were moved twice for different reasons but the hotel manager was really great about it. For the price that you pay for this hotel, it isn’t that bad. The beds were comfortable but the lack of hot water from the bathroom tap was an issue. There was however hot water from the shower. No hangers and no hair dryer so bring your own. Overall a good hotel."

"It was alright i guess. There was a dead spider on the wall. A twix wrapper on the floor when i got in. The door to the bathroom wouldnt shut at all and it was near to impossible to get the lock on the door to work. Was alright for one night but i wouldnt stay for longer"
