I ended up leaving as they argue 'I' had done the wrong booking with the wrong pricing and then put the blame on me saying 'I' didn't like the room, hence cancelled the booking and left. "

"Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."
