"Had a lovely relaxing stay "

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !"

"We only had a short night between flights and this was the perfect place for us to stay. It is right between terminal one and terminal two."

"Nice building, excellent staff, good breakfast and wine hour in the evening. Easy walk to central Santiago, or 3 minute walk to Republica stop on Metro. Only point to note is that room had no separate work table or chair, but plenty of seats and tables in public areas. Highly recommended for touring central Santiago."

"3 night stay in Santiago, very clean safe area with numerous cafe's and restaurants nearby. 20 min walk to centre. Staff were VERY friendly and breakfast was great.Can't fault our stay. "
