"I had 2 situations . My room wasn’t clean after I returned from the hospital. Trash and no towels. Hair was in my tub when I first checked in and I went and bought my own supplies and cleaned my tub.I did reached out to Miss Ray and she did give me towels. I truly appreciate her for helping me out. I will not let this discourage me from coming back. I definitely will be there very soon. Thx"

But again, what makes this place really cool is the people. All very nice and personable. You don't find that often any more!"
