"Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. "

"This place...arrived in room and it was over 100° in the room. I asked the check in clerk if they had a fan and he stated "we don't provide them". I went to a local store to buy a fan, only to be told that it was not "allowed" in the room (apparently the owner watchesnthe camera from his home in Texas and called the on-site manager). The A/C does not keep up with the demand of the room so it was very hot all night. We checked out the following morning. "

"Great location, close enough to the action, but far enough to be peaceful. Bed was comfortable, cabana was very clean, lots of towels, and the view from the private deck was spectacular. Jean and her husband were wonderful hosts! She helped us book excursions and truly made my birthday a special one! "
