Perfectly located

Perfect location right on the beach. Near great restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast for purchase at restaurant above the office. Kayaks and bikes are free to use.

A late check in of a guest #3 and #4 at 12:13 AM kept both my daughter and I up till 2 AM. Nice hotel, located right on the beach. We stayed in a beach-view room with a lovely balcony offering a direct view of the ocean. The overall experience was pleasant, but the room cleaning service was lacking. When they were supposed to clean the room, they only brought fresh towels and didn’t clean or even wipe the floor. The rooms at Brisa were very clean. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. I was curious why we were given an upstairs room (my mother is 75) when there were few people staying at the hotel and the other was available directly below us. My only complaint was about the distance of the hotel from the water. It's no short walk down to the beach, compared to other properties.

Our room was lovely with ocean views and a large balcony. It was great to have the taxi pull up closer to the unit when we checked out, since it was a bit of a walk from the front desk. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants

Truly a Gem

The location within Placencia Village is perfect. The resort is on a beautiful beach and our ocean front room had a great view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The security guard made us feel very comfortable.
