"If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. "Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes.
