"My family of 4 (plus our pup) stayed here for a Stowe ski trip. We would definitely return. The place is immaculately clean and fresh (clean, white duvet covers on the beds, fluffy white towels, etc.) and stocked with all basics for your stay (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is about 20 min from the Stowe ski hill - but considering almost all lodging is 10 min away from skiing - the price difference was worth the extra 10 minutes for us. "We had a great time at the Maplecroft Bed and breakfast in Barre, Vermont. Our host was very accomodating and the room and breakfast were both outstanding. There was a big snowstorm while we were there, which required me to sweep off/shovel out my own car (to which I would never object). However, we then left for the day and I wonder what might have happened if we had returned and found someone else in the parking spot we had shoveled out, requiring us to do it all over again. No other guest did...
