"When we checked in, staff forgot to tell us that as a member, breakfast would be discounted from 17.00 to 11.00 with a coupon but we were not told and didn't know to ask. The waiter was very kind and apologetic and applied the discount for us. The fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal were wonderful! Unfortunately eggs and sausage Luke warm at best. Bedding was super comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet! Will definetly stay again! "

"This hotel was excellent. Good and quiet location outside of Columbus. They've put their money in all the right places and the renovations made this a very nice hotel. The pool was excellent and warm! Everything was clean. And all 3 desk workers were excellent and friendly! Also the breakfast was very great! Apart from the bathroom feeling small. And doors being a little gappy. I give this hotel an excellent review! And will definitely keep it in mind for my next stay!!! "

"This hotel has the hardest working workers i have ever met ! I would be scared of some of the workers though ! Housekeeping I observed talking behind someone's back which the other girl noticed and I felt so bad I tipped her a 20. Kayla was the housekeepers name and she needs to be wrote up for being so rude and she isn't friendly to guests at all smile more she needs too!.. however I want to give a shout out to Amy and Cindy and Michelle .
