"Pros: reasonably affordable at times (under $250) spacious rooms, clean, comfy bed, friendly and wuick check in Cons: sliding patio would not latch (had a room a year or so ago- same issue. Room was clean otherwise, but floor was gritty/sandy in places. Neighborhood children are noisy and play in the parking lot- watch for them. It appears they live in what used to be one of the inn units I was told inn was purchased last year, and new owner is making improvements, I could see poolside rooms...

"Clean! Friendly staff! Relaxing. Conveniently located. Deck over the canal/bay offers loungers, tables & umbrellas. We had a light breeze with no bugs! Watched boats, fish & dolphins right close. Highly recommended!"

"The owner Armand was very attentive to our needs and questions. Unit was packed full of supplies. Unit was Very clean and it is an upscale and beautiful place. We really had a great time, highly recommended. "

"The location and size of the unit in which we rented was great. The beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances appeared to be new or nearly new. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets however are in very bad shape. They are probably close to 30 years old and the handle on the kitchen faucet was a bit hard to handle. It did not really impact our stay that much however. The most annoying issue with the property is that there is no stairs access from the main floor to the upper level...

"Had problems with the check in process had to wait 45 minutes with all our luggage and groceries outside for someone to come replace the battery on the lock. Worked great after the replacement. Condo was very nice. The views from the front and back were outstanding. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only draw back was the constant noise coming from the pool pump. Otherwise beautiful condo and area. "
