We got to the hotel and we were told we will be sharing a bathrooms with other guest. i advise the front desk clerk i made my reservation for room with a view and will not be sharing bathroom with other guest. "I stayed one night, next morning the smell of sewerage from the bathroom drain was horrendous. I left the hotel immediately . The stairs to the top floors are steep & dangerous . Not a pleasant experience ."

"My main challenge is that on Orbitz I booked and paid for a 3 bedroom villatogether with flights. The property only has double rooms. I could notb find anyone to talk to at Orbitz only a virtual assistant. I was unable to explain my predicament. I ended up taking 3 doubles which actually doubled my cost.
