"This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7.
