"This property was one of a kind! We stayed one night in a superior double room with king bed and it had a gorgeous view of the city. The surroundings were amazing. Lots of beautiful views. We only had breakfast and it was great. Service and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The shuttle to and from the main city was an added bonus. Just FYI, the only way to get to the hotel was via taxi which wasn’t super expensive. The bed was comfortable, bathroom small but good enough since it was only two of us. Overall, a very unique experience in a beautiful hotel with even more amazing views. "

"Great service especially from Leonardo and Lavinia at the front desk. Lavinia helped us get and understand the train system so we didn’t miss our flight. She even followed up via whatsapp after we left to make sure we knew what train to get on and that it was on time "

"I would like to say , to those peoples whos complaining about this hotel , if you choose this hotel is because is very convenient for ubication and price , no bc there not breakfast or you can hear everything from outside , that's is no a really problem , while you have a safe and clean room , the boy in reception was very kind ! Of course I recommend this hotel...it have a beautiful view to the Duomo...it just around corner , incredible !"

"This hotel was charming and beautiful. It was in a great location. Walkable to many sites. This hotel was maintained and very clean. Our room was a spacious room with a living area and a bedroom. There was a malfunction lock on our bathroom door that caused me to get locked in the bathroom for nearly an hour. My husband had already fallen asleep when I took a shower and could not unlock the door. I locked it to try to keep it from opening. My husband did wake up after I knocked loud enough and he went to get assistance from the hotel. A staff member had to use a screwdriver to turn the lock mechanism from the hallway side, which unlocked the bathroom door. That 3rd floor bathroom door lock should be replaced. I had my phone charging in another room, it was a very cold night, a fire hazard, and no way to get help if I was alone. There was the police gathered in front of the hotel plaza downstairs that I could see from the bathroom window that I was considering to yell for help if I could not get out. "
