"We loved our experience at Palazzo Belfiore! The appartment was charming and in a perfect location. Delicious restaurants and cool shops nearby. The kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable.The only downside was that it was fairly noisy. Our appartment was by the main entrance and we were also getting the noise from the street. We were given a key to open the front door another for the gate inside the front door, another for the door to the apartment suite then another for the actual apartment door. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "
