"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"

I didn’t give it five stars because of the following reasons: you could hear the steps from the room upstairs, so the walls (or roofs/floors) are very thin; there was a noise coming from inside the walls at night; the room was too warm even though we adjusted the thermostat; and finally the pancakes machine was down during...
