"This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out. We have requested the connecting rooms each stay and been fortunate enough to get them. For some reason a 12, 8, 6, 4 and 2 year old had just as much fun running through the doors. Will continue to be a yearly trip until it is outgrown. "

She went above and beyond to connect and make us feel wanted as guests. The beds were nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for another great stay! "

"We enjoyed two nights away with family and friends to unwind before heading back to work for the New Year. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. We are already discussing booking it in the summer for fishing, kayaking, etc. "

"The room was clean and had no strange smells. It was spacious and allowed us to spread out a little. The bathroom had an odd configuration but nothing that was inconvenient to our stay. Excellent service, the best in town."
