Welcome to Hanover Haus! You will be close to everything the Mohican area has to offer in this deluxe home! Complete with modern amenities and comforts!

After spending the day canoeing, hiking, and biking, you can find many ways to unwind with your friends and family! Get lost in a good book from our library, enjoy a fire on the back patio, make homemade pizzas using our Pi pizza oven, or watch a movie in bed! Both kids and adults will love the game room and arcade!

FEEL AT HOME
The moody and modern Hanover Haus is full of cozy corners, warm accent lighting, textured quilts and throw blankets, classic board games and even a mini library! Unwind and play!

PRIME LOCATION
Located on the Ohio Scenic Byway "Wally Road" with Mohican River views from the front porch! 3 miles to Mohican Adventures Canoe Livery Fun Center. 5 min to downtown Loudonville. Less than 10 min to Mohican State Park, Mohican State Park Lodge and Landoll's Mohican Castle. 15 min to Pleasant Hill Lake Beach and Marina. 30 min to Snow Trails Ski Resort.

GAME ROOM
No one will get bored on a rainy day or after dark! Get competitive playing shuffleboard and foosball. The classic arcades will bring back nostalgia for adults and be fun for hours for the kids!

BACK PATIO
Featuring a Blackstone griddle and a PIZZA OVEN! Enjoy our outdoor cooking amenities as well as the firepit and hillside swing.

LIVING AREAS
Front living room features a full size sleeper sofa, dedicated workstation, electric fire place and mini library. Main living room has a cozy seating area and 50" TV. All living areas are full of comfort and style! Curl up with a blanket and a good book after a day on the river!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen! Cookware, bakeware, knives, common spices, blender, etc. Everything you will need to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

DINING ROOM
With vaulted ceilings and beautiful wooded views, the dining room is the place to be! Whether it's breaking bread or playing a heated card game, you won't want to leave this room.

BEDROOMS
Designed to provide restful nights for families and groups! All bedrooms have room darkening curtains/shades, hospitality quality mattresses and pillows, and extra blankets! Both king bedrooms have TVs.

BATHROOMS
Featuring 2 large showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided.

PARKING
While there is free parking on-site, the driveway can comfortably fit a maximum of 4 vehicles.

PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs, maximum of 50lbs each, for $35/dog/night (up to a one week stay). **If you have more than 2 dogs, exceed the 50lb weight limit, or are staying longer than one week, please request. At the moment of booking, if you choose to bring pets, VRBO will add the charge for ONE dog to the booking total and we will request the additional dog(s) if applicable.**

STAIRS
There are 5 steps to enter the front door of the property. Inside, there is a flight of stairs to get to 3 of the 4 bedrooms on second floor.

DISCOUNTS & LONG STAYS
We offer both weekly and long stay discounts! Stays over 28 days receive 20% off nightly rates. Keep in mind, any stay over 14 nights will require weekly housekeeping to change linens, restock, clean bathrooms and general areas. This will be $150 fee/clean and coordinated with guest after booking!

Wonderful Experience
Our family of 10, 6 adults, a 2, 5, 10 & 12yr old had a wonderful time at Sandy’s place. Sandy was very responsive and helpful in our communication pre-arrival and during our stay. It has been nicely updated. Due to the little ones with us we reconfigured sleeping arrangements and it worked fine. With no outside place for children to play the game room was a hit with the kids. But, be prepared that most children don’t like to be told “be done, that’s enough😁”. The Blackstone grill was wonderful for large group cooking. We had a great time. Thanks Sandy!

Perfect place for a girls trip! The accommodation for sleeping and bathrooms were great for a large group. We loved the decor and modern design. The fire pit, pizza oven and game amenities were unique entertainment additions. The property manger is responsive and the place was exceptionally clean! Would love to stay again!

Family Getaway

Loads of fun for all to include pizza night and game night. We even had fun through a power outage. Luckily it was prior to sunset. The hostess was responsive throughout the issue. The house was clean and met all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great family getaway
We enjoyed this property immensely and would love to visit again! The location was perfect for Loudonville/Mohican activities and the house had a little bit of everything, games for the kids and fabulous cooking equipment for our meals. We hung out on the porch watching the kayakers float by, the fire pit and the living room and appreciated the large kitchen and dining room. Impeccably decorated and our host was quick to respond with all communication. Thank you!

Family trip to Mohican area was awesome, in big part because of this property. The kids loved the game room. The outdoor space is relaxing and rejuvenating. Close to the activities in the area. Good communication from the host and easy check-in and out.

Great Friends Trip!
The house was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. It is so close to the livery which is why we were there. Our group has been going on a kayak trip every summer since we were teens. We had a great time catching up with lifelong friends and the house provided the perfect setting. Our kids enjoyed the game room, we had fun at the fire pit, and we found the house conveniently located for what we needed. The host was a as very communicative and helpful. This property was awesome, exactly how the pictures showed. The game room and pizza oven were a hugr hit with the kids. The swing on the bank was so nice to sit on and have coffee and after it rained there was a stream that ran down the hill for added pleasure. It was close to everything. It is on a busy road but the outside area in the back is amazing. 10 stars for sure.

Comfortable and fun rental.
This super cute rental in Loudonville was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had tons of fun playing in the game room, enjoying the fire pit, and taking in the beautiful property on the hill top swing. We also had a great pizza night with the pizza oven on the patio.
