"We loved our visit to Malabar Orchard! The grounds were extremely well kept and there were mowed pathways back to the well-stocked fishing pond. I caught five large bass in about an hour! It was peaceful and a great getaway for my wife and I. The owner tells you to bring drinking water, and that was great advice as the tapwater is well water and smells pretty poorly, but Mike has done a great job in putting together the rental property. "We were happy to check in at this cute cabin in an Amish community. It is very clean and has most amenities required. We were supposed to stay two nights….but decided to drive home in the afternoon of the second day. For us, the bed was much too hard, and we did not sleep well. The thought of our own bed was too much and we forfeited the second night. The cabin is truly great, you just need to prefer stiff, firm mattresses. "

"Overall a good experience for our wedding weekend, we did have a lot of bugs that wanted to join the stay but the fly swatter did the trick. Board games and movies a nice touch - hot tub was nice but some jets weren't working. Lovely location, nice and tucked back in the woods. Hard to find the first time but once we found it no issues!"
