"The staff were very kind and caring, respectful. They went out of their way to treat my dad with severe confusion due to dementia with genuine compassion. My elderly parents appreciated all the staff and the size of the room that we were in. The hotel itself is dated and really needs some direct work. The bathtub faucet desperately needed replacing. The continental breakfast is not suited for people with dietary concerns."

"Affordable rooms and 24/7 front desk which is convenient for very late check in due to flight changes. The room was already heated before I checked in, so that was great and the bed is super comfy. Its much appreciated after a long flight and all the traveling, you can just relax."

"Staff were friendly and accomodating, but the remos have been taking a while. We were also there last year of Aug when the construction was ongoing and still not completed this January. Also the dryers needs to be replaced as only one was working during our stay and ot wasn’t drying well either."

"it was good staying at the hotel though cleaning everyday of our room was not made and we didn't feel comfortable because of the room temperature especially the kids,they didn't sleep well at night.and for the staffs,they were good and considerable🙂 P.S i haven't received yet the $100 I had deposited upon renting the room😑"
