"Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. "The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. The balcony door is blocked off. Guides from Roman blinds were broken and no way to adjust the angle. Seals under the shower are gone so you flood the bathroom every time you choose to have a...
