"Property was really nice. Area has a sports bar which is quite noisy during football matches. There is little soundproofing between room and doors so ear plugs a must. Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside. "

"Very clean property and the staff was amazing. Room set up was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and really liked the layout. The hotel is so close to the beach in a lively area. Or you can take a bus / 15-20 min cab ride to La Palma. You won’t get bored!"

"The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee! "

"Everything about the area and hotel was amazing but the real stand-out areas have to be the staff and the food. The staff are truly wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, from room maintenence to front of house to pool security to bar staff. Eveyone. Then the food!!!!! Such choice and quality is a real plus point. I cleared my plate every day. Highly recommended."
