Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside. "
