"Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops...

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit"

"Very clean property and the staff was amazing. Room set up was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and really liked the layout. The hotel is so close to the beach in a lively area. Or you can take a bus / 15-20 min cab ride to La Palma. You won’t get bored!"

"The staff it was very nice and the room it was quiet good, quiet area and easy to park everyday."

"The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee! "

"Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here."

"Hotel was on the busiest street in Palma which was almost exclusively German. Extremely load but could not hear the racket from our room at the back. "

"The location was amazing, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried. They were incredible from start to finish with the largest of smiles. Would truly recommend. Incredible value for money "

Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc."
