"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. "Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops...

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit"

"The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee! "

"Good location a short walk away from the beach. Great pool. Clean room - noisy aircon so the hotel gave another room at no cost. Very nice staff. Not a good food selection from the bar menu - only pizza or baguette recommend to have more options. Spa shop near by. Bus to Palma near by. Luggage storage and able to use the pool and facilities on check out day which was great! Overall a good stay - would recommend. 👍"
