"We really enjoyed our stay, right on the bike path and so close to grocery store and restaurants. The waves of the ocean the Sunrise and the Condo was clean and well maintained too. We used to live on Kauai, so we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This place was perfect for us as we could walk anywhere, we wanted to or drive if we wanted to. The Pool and Hot tub were nice too."

"The house and grounds are beautiful! The location is awesome; so close to beaches, shopping, and easy to explore the island from. We were really grateful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, and ice chests. Everything we needed for our large group! The house had many amenities. Above the stove there were spices, tahin, syrup, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owner, Paula, is so accommodating! She gives lots of tips via text and answers any questions promptly. "This was the perfect property for our family of 4. It was a very short walk to the beach, had great views of the sunset, and had all of the amenities you need. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Our space was just the right size for the six of us. Having the two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and all the separate rooms allowed us to relax, without feeling crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching the chickens and geckos. When we asked about a safety mat for the shower, the management was right on top of it."

"It has been 37 years since the last time we stayed at Poipu Kapili, soon after the resort first opened. The resort is still well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a nice swimming pool. This unit has upgraded flooring and stainless appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Although there was an AC in the bedroom and several fans, none were used since opening the bedroom window and the wide lanai door cooled the unit quickly.
