"We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."

"This was our second stay in this home and it was perfect. The owners have done an amazing job making sure the house has everything you need from towels to sand toys even down to all the kitchen utensils. We always feel at home her due to the wonderful attention to detail. Can't wait to come back next year. "

"The cottage was perfect for the two of us on our honeymoon! Amenities were great (washer/dryer was extremely useful). Bathroom was also nice—the shower was noteworthy. Everything was well stocked from welcome gifts and wine openers to utensils and coffee. The bed was a little finicky, hut we ended up taking off the foam topper which helped a lot. Prime location too! Poipu and Kōloa are awesome places to be on the island!!!"

"Poipu crater was so magnificent, walking distance to the pool and beach. Condo was a little out dated, but hey you’re in Kaua’i what more could you need! The condo was perfect for 2 couples! Or even for a family. Was a great place to spend our vacation. The only negative thing was that the HOA president and his wife are very rude, accusatory, and snooty."

"This is a cute house located directly across from the ocean. It's steps away from Brenneckes Restaurant. The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. We had all our meals on the front deck enjoying the ocean and in the evening watching the locals boogie board. And if you want to swim in a pool, the rental gives you access to Kiahuna Swim & Tennis club. The...

"This was a great property. We spent most of our time on the wonderful front porch. The outdoor shower was amazing after a day at the beach. Property management was extremely attentive and quick to our request for boogie boards and a new coffee maker. We can’t wait to return."

"The location of this property is ideal if wanting to explore the whole island since it is located on the east side right in between Princeville and Waimea. This unit is in a residential area that gives you an authentic Hawaiian feel. We cooked breakfast and dinner just about every day and found the kitchen to be well stocked. "Property was in a very quiet neighborhood. Stayed for 5 nights. Two beers provided was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. To access property use the first driveway right after the 3900 driveway. We pulled in the wrong driveway and called and the host answered right away and got us sorted out quickly. Limited pans in kitchen and no cookie sheets. "

"Very good, surprise by the closure of the restaurant"

"This was my first visit to this property (and Kauai) for a solo business trip, the property is adjacent to the Outrigger which is where the resorts amenities are located, the Beach Villas share their amenities. I had a corner room with a balcony very close to the Outrigger so that was very convenient. The Villas have a special each day where you can get ice cream or whatever special they have for the day, this is nice for families. The property is a bit tired but it worked very well for me, my...
