"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"The hotel is conveniently across the street from the bus station. It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. "

"This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. "The property doesn’t have any amenities such as coffee, toothpaste, toothbrush, wash cloths, shampoo, body soap. The rooms don’t have power outlets beside the beds for customers to use cpap machines. The deluxe rooms are so tiny it’s difficult for a normal sized person to move around without bumping into everything. The bathrooms are small. "

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."
