"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "The properly itself is beautiful and big.ideak place for big group's / families. However it's very dated and needs fixing. Toilets / bathrooms needs cleaning, taps /shower needs fixing. Properlty owner Tita Osita is very accommodating and friendly. The care taker kuya's Arnel is very helpful, and friendly, acts quickly for any requests The place is in good location, however not easy to find, due to incorrect location and not enough information provided in Google map."

"Something must be leaking in the bathrooms because floors are constantly wet. Windows are filthy. No coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Doors don’t close properly. Water container is empty. Pots and pans are old."

"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. "I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do.
