"This place is perfect. Relaxing and customer service is fantastic. Struggled with the food choices. Its not the best tasting and because its very secluded and there are no other restaurants in the area its really hard to find food choices. Basically lived on french fries as that is the only thing that interest me. But the facilities and how awesome this hotel surpasses the food problem we had. I would definitely go back to this hotel. "The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. "Quick stay and halfway house for a wedding event. We booked Quest Hotel Tagaytay because of its convenient location next to malls and 2 major routes to Tagaytay and back to Manila. "A small villa in a gated community. The toilet and shower rooms are very small and basic. We ran out of water on second day. Couldn’t contact the administrator by phone but managed to see her and let her know. God for a short stay but could do with updating the interior of the rooms. "
