The hotel staff was awesome. Great location with amazing views if the Taal volcano and lake. My only complaint was that the mattress in my room was too hard. Felt like sleeping on the floor.

Comedy of errors the entire stay. Too many to list them all. AC was broken so i asked for a new room. They said "give it time" but i was having none ofbthay. They got me a new room which was sweet but it was a bewly renovated room and the work wasnt complete. Also, they installed a new xray machine and metal detector and despite me only walking out to smoke in the oarking lot next to the security guard i still needed to go through it. Theres more but yeah, they should all go stay in a decent hitel so that they kniw how to effectively apply the great amount of care amd effort they provode.

Staff are friendly and accommodating . Easy check in and check out. Room is nice and clean. Complementary toiletries, cofeee and slippers are available at room. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing day at tagaytay. Really enjoyed our honeymoon. Will surely come back soon!

The front office and poolside staff are accommodating. They were attentive and went out their way to ensure guests are comfortable. Breakfast options are satisfactory offering decent variety to suit different preferences. The dining area offered a scenic view of the lake making morning meals quite enjoyable. One notable downside is the absence of internet access in the room. Challenge for me who need reliable connection for work. Also, the towels seemed outdated there were signs of wear and tear. Regrettably the room we stayed had a window no view and is undeniably small.
