"Terrible management, bad conditions. This is not a hotel. This is a hostel. Pictures on the website are different from the offered rooms. During my stay, I felt a strong smell from the toilet drain. If you want a room similar to those pictures, you are charged extra. During my stay, a guy from reception took of his shirt and stayed like that for hours. Area near the pool is very cute, breakfast is nice. On the other hand, I wish I could have my money back."

"Quite central and convenient. Kitchen area not great and the room was very noisy because it’s a lively area. Showers were very clean. Good for a night because of location but I wouldn’t pick this place for my full Rio stay "

"This hotel was in such a bad, dirty neighborhood. It was super dangerous at night. The hotel is very run down and needs many, many repairs. There were sometimes no toilet paper in the bathrooms. The room itself was so small it was hard to move around in. I could touch both walls with my hands and I am 5’2”! There was no air conditioning or WiFi. There was a tiny, old fan blowing very little air. The staff was pretty nice and helpful though. "

"Assim que cheguei na recepção ja me informaram que eu nao tinha direito a cage da manhã, e quando reservei informava que tinha, mas tudo bem. Quando reservei, foi apenas para uma cama de casal, ao chegar no quarto havia uma oitra cama de solteiro, dai ja nao gostei. Mas ja estava ali, não quis me aborrecer, queria mesmo era curtir a minha companhia."

"O hostel é extremamente deplorável, eu saí às pressas, perdi 2 diárias sem o menor peso na consciência só por pensar em ter que ficar nesse lugar. O local em que está localizado é perigoso, o banheiro é imundo, cheio de baratas, a roupa de cama é imunda, o atendimento é horroroso, e não há custo benefício que compense uma estadia nesse lugar. "Staff were amazing! Helpful and friendly. Can arrange airport transfer for you. They all spoke English very well. There is a common area downstairs with a bar and free filtered water and lots of plugs to charge your electronics. The bunk beds were a little scary, very unstable. You only get two sheets and a pillow case so if you get a free blanket on your airline keep it! There is one plug in each bed spot. Rooms are air conditioned. It was a little expensive for a shared room with bunk beds but...
