"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Room was small but really good for my needs - clean, location was really good - 5min from the train station and 30mîn from covent garden. I ll stay here again!"

"The stay was great as always and staying in the basement room was much more spacious than other rooms I’ve stayed in. The only one issue is the silly positioning of the shower. The head and stand need mounting on a different wall other wise the water goes out towards the main door. "

"A., the receptionist, provided me with the protection of his gaze while I reached safety at Kings Cross. The place is what you get under a certain amount. Both receptionists were lovely. Would book again."

"Decent no-frills budget hotel in a very central location. I was in a room on the top floor which was fairly quiet. The room was small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. Luggage storage free (but no tags, and anyone can access luggage room). Would return."

"Have stayed in their small single, single, double and triple rooms. Thier small single is very very small but functional. All the other rooms are great, nice and comfortable. Ensuites are a mix, depending on the room they are either good or very compact. Overall a nice budget hotel that i stay at a good few times each year. "
